Maroon Bells is one of the most trafficked but also beautiful elopement locations in all of Colorado. Its beauty is unmatched, especially in the fall. Though crowded, there are plenty of nearby location to hike to that can give you incredible views.
Twin Lakes Colorado
Loveland Pass
Twin Lakes is another elopement location that's incredible in the fall. The two lakes are surrounded by Aspens, as well as snow capped peaks in the near distance. It's honestly one of the best Colorado elopement locations year-round.
Located at over 12,000 feet, Loveland Pass is another staple for Colorado adventure elopements. You can actually drive up to this location, or you can take a hike for fewer crowds. Overall, the terrain and views make it a Colorado classic.
Blue Lakes
Trail Ridge Road (RMNP)
Trail Ridge Road is located in Rocky Mountain National Park. This jaw dropping location sits at over 11,000 feet and is also drivable. It will give you one of the best golden hours in all of Colorado, and the sunrise isn't far behind.
Located just a few miles from Breckenridge, Blue Lakes is another incredible elopement location. These alpine lakes have some of the best overlooks in the state. Not to mention, it's a more easily accessible area that also has some great trails.
Berthoud Pass
Bridal Veil Falls
Located not far from Winter Park, Berthoud Pass is one of the most underrated elopement locations. It features an extensive trail network, and beautiful mountain views. It's also easily accessible & beautiful in both the winter & summer seasons.
Bridal Veil Falls sits just east of Telluride. This incredible elopement location features one of the biggest waterfalls in Colorado. It also connects to some of the best 4x4 terrain in the state. Overall t's the perfect start to your 4x4 elopement.
