From the grand ballroom and halls, to the waterfront ceremony sites with mountain views, it’s one of the most customizable wedding venues in Colorado. Lastly, the venue is very easily accessible from Denver International Airport (1.5-2 hours dependent on traffic), making it the perfect destination wedding location.

Availability: The venue’s availability runs year round, with peak season being April – October.
Guest Limit: The Broadmoor has a very wide selection of venues that can accommodate up to 1000 guests and as few as 11. Most commonly, weddings at the Broadmoor host between 175-300 guests.
Food & Beverage Minimum: There is a food & beverage minimum starting at $17,000 with guest packages ranging from $325 – $525 per person.
Venue Rental Fee: Peak Season (April – October) venue site fees range from $7500 for on-site locations and $12,000 for off-property locations such as the Cheyenne Lodge and the Mountain Clubhouse. Likewise, off-season rates (November – March) range from $4000 for on-site locations and $9,000 for the off-property locations.

Weddings At The Broadmoor From A Wedding Photographer and Videographer’s Perspective
Personally, I love the duo of a wedding ceremony at the Lake Terrace and the Lake Terrace Dining Room. These two locations photograph beautifully, especially on film. Notably, while large, the Broadmoor is also a very walkable venue. In most cases, you can walk from one side to the other within 8-10 minutes, with plenty of beautiful locations for photos in between.
Likewise, the Broadmoor is open year round and provides great backup options in the event of inclement weather. Notably, this is a major highlight as afternoon showers are a common occurrence in Colorado summers.
