The Arrabelle At Vail Square is one of the most popular and luxurious wedding venues in Colorado. Notably featuring a fully customizable ‘tented’ wedding reception space in the middle of the prettiest, most European styled part of Vail, it’s truly one of my favorite parts of the mountain. In addition, it’s an easily accessible venue featuring on-site room blocks, walkable access to the gondola that has the Holy Cross Wedding Deck and Vail Wedding Deck at the top. Being only 2-2.5 hours from Denver International Airport, it’s also the perfect destination wedding location with easy access. Overall, I feel that The Arrabelle is a stunning wedding venue that features the best of the Colorado mountains with a fail safe tented option that feels luxurious.
The Arrabelle At Vail Square Wedding Cost & Key Cost Factors
Wedding rates for The Arrabelle At Vail Square begin at $16,000 for the venue site rental.
Availability: Venue availability runs Mid May – Mid October. For dates outside of this range contact Vail Resorts for more information and availability.
Guest Limit: The venue accommodates up to 200 guests.
Food & Beverage Minimum: There is a food & beverage minimum starting at $15,000. Notably, food and beverage costs range from $250-$325 per person.
Venue Rental Fee: The venue package starts at $16,000. Notably, the Holy Cross Events Deck & Vail Wedding Deck are easily accessible via the Gondola if you wish to have your ceremony at the top of Vail Mountain. Lastly, these two wedding decks are not included in the venue pricing.
While there are wedding photographers and videographers based in Vail, your selection is a bit more limited. Notably, due to being a high cost of living area and being in a more remote location, most wedding photographers and videographers in Colorado live closer to Denver and the front range. However, most will not charge travel fees to Vail or have reduced travel due to it being around 2-hours from downtown Denver.

Personally, I love the dynamic views and settings that The Arrabelle offers on a wedding day. Notably, the venue itself is more so for your reception, with your ceremony happening atop of Vail Mountain at either the Holy Cross Wedding Deck or the Vail Wedding Deck. Both of which feature some of the best mountain wedding views in Colorado.
Lastly, The Arabelle photographs incredibly well. With plenty of mountain greenery in addition to the timeless nature of the reception space, it’s a great venue with many perspectives for any photographer or videographer to do incredible, timeless, work.
