What Is The Venue Capacity?
The main meadow can host up to 400 guests while the event lodge can host up to 220 at a seated reception. Lastly, the Chuckwagon grounds host up to 120.

Are There Any Amenities Included?
Yes – the ranch provides a wide array of amenities which include:
2 – 6’ banquet tables
6 – 8′ banquet tables
18 – 60” round tables
150 – Mahogany Chavari chairs with chocolate brown cushions

Can We Bring In Our Own Vendors?
T Lazy 7 Ranch does allow outside vendors – excluding bar service which is in-house. Notably, catering, planning services & transportation are required hires.

How Long Is The Site Rental?
The site rental load-in begins at 10am the day of the event and load out ends 10am the following day.

Are We Required To Hire A Planner Or Coordinator?
A full-service planner is required by the venue. This greatly helps keep wedding days on track to avoid delays. Notably, planners must be pre-approved by the venue.

What Is The Bar Policy?
All alcohol must be purchased and served through T Lazy 7 Ranch. Notably, gratuity and tax will apply and glassware will be provided.
