We're Interested In Booking!

How Does This Process Work?

Congratulations On Your Engagement!

You’ve done it! Colorado is an amazing (and one of the best) places to get married or elope, and I couldn’t be more excited that you’re interested in booking me to capture the day! Booking a photographer/filmmaker is a big step to take, but I’ll be here for you through the process, and would be more than happy to answer any questions you might have to make this process as smooth as possible.

Ready? Let’s do this!

Step 1 | Contact Me And Request Detailed Pricing

While basic pricing can be seen here, I highly encourage potential clients to see my pricing document that explains the variety of different packages, and the a-la-carte options that are available and that can benefit the coverage of your day.

Step 2 | Feel Good About Pricing? Let’s Set Up A Time To Meet!

It’s my goal to go into your wedding day as a friend and assure you that both of our expectations are heard and acknowledged. Also, learning your likes, dislikes, and special aspects of your relationship will allow me to focus on capturing the most meaningful moments of the day, as well as craft the visual legacy that you strive to create.

Step 3 | Complete Your Package & Sign Wedding Contract

Ready to book? Great! Next, we’ll finalize the details of your package. This includes finalizing the date(s), your base package, travel costs (price is determined at the time of booking from Kayak, Expedia, or similar website), and any a-la-carte options that you wish to add. Once completed, I’ll send over the final quote for you to review along with the contract to sign.

Step 4 | Deposit + Travel Costs

To officially lock in your date, I require a signed contract, along with a deposit of 50% of your package price, plus travel fees, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your date. Once complete, you’re good to go!

Until these steps are taken / in progress, I can’t guarantee or hold dates.

Step 5 | We’re Good To Go!

About 30 days out I’ll send you both a short questionnaire to fill out regarding the photos that you would like with loved ones, etc. so we can build a shot list for the day. Other than that, I’ll be checking in with you periodically to see how planning and life are going, but other than that, just enjoy the ride!
