Venue Rental Fee

The venue rental fee at The Little Nell starts at approx. $50,000 for weekend dates and can range up from there. It can be expected that rates will be lower for weekday events and non-peak season events but is not guaranteed.

Availability:

– May through October for summer weddings
– March & April for winter weddings
– Year-round dates upon request

Guest Limit:

– 20-250 guests seated Ceremony Site at the Sundeck
– Up to 500 Standing Ceremony Site at theSundeck
– Comfortably 200 seated inside at the main reception space
– Comfortably 120 seated inside at the Aspen Mountain Club

Food & Beverage Overview:

All wedding food and beverage services are handled in-house at the Little Nell.

Food services range from $350-$600 per person with a $20,000 – $50,000 food and beverage minimum (dependent on date and time of year). Lastly, a 22% service & gratuity charge applies on all food and beverage in addition to local sales tax.

For a wedding at the Little Nell, couples can expect to spend a minimum of $350,000 on the low end, $500,000 on average and upwards of 1.5 – 2.5 million for the largest, most luxurious events at the Little Nell.
