We Were Greeted With A Sign That Read, ‘Steeps Cliffs Ahead.’ While The Cliffs Were Steep, Lauren & Brandon’s Denver Elopement At Juniper Pass Was About To Be Met With Some Of The Most Incredible Lighting I’ve Encountered.

Tucked away just west of Denver, Juniper Pass proves time and time again to be the perfect location for Denver Elopements. Upon arrival, Lauren and Brandon took a moment to soak in this incredible view before diving into their vows. Surprisingly, we had this incredible venue all to ourselves.
The two exchanged laughs throughout their vows, amazed by both the sight before the and the path ahead. This beautiful, vast, landscape gave them the feeling of insignificance in the bigger picture. Knowing that while a big moment, their world and journey has so much more to come. As their Denver Elopement Photographer, it doesn’t get much better than this.

Sunset In The Mountains
As the sun began to set, we made a short drive from Echo Lake back to Juniper Pass. Upon arrival, we were met with one of the most beautiful displays of light I have yet to encounter during a Denver Colorado Elopement. The beams of light shot through the peaks, illuminating the small surface of rock with a bright orange huge.
While the sun set, the two embraced. Purple hues filled the sky, as as the nearby 14er Mount Blue Sky took the brunt of the remaining light. The purple then turned to blue hour and our time came to a beautiful close.
