Crested Butte Elopement

Crested Butte elopements always bring out all the feels. From the stunning mountainous landscapes, to the golden glow of Aspens in the fall – it’s truly a year-round display of Colorado’s beauty. However, in July the valleys become vibrant with one of the best wildflower showings in all of the country. This stunning showing makes Crested Butte Weddings some of the most well-known and sought after in the country and for good reason.

Notably, whenever Zareen & Noah reached out about getting married amongst this phenomenon – it was an easy yes. After starting the day at their airbnb with family, we made our way down a trailhead to a small opening amongst the flowers. Soon after, the two began their heartfelt vows – one of the most powerful and loving I’ve witnessed to date. However, the day didn’t end there as we made our way up to Emerald Lake to enjoy an incredible sunset.

Just note – as your Crested Butte elopement photographer it’s important to follow leave no trace guidelines to ensure that the landscape stay beautiful for the time being and years to come.
