Want to hike to your location? You'll have an incredible selection! Want a drive up location? You'll be covered there as well! There's no shortage of beauty here. Whether you want high elevation alpine views, rolling foothills or something in between, Colorado has it.
One of my favorite landscapes in the entire world is a good Alpine Lake. Colorado has no shortage of them either. While some might require a hike, others are fairly accessible. Regardless of your preferences, we'll find the perfect one for you and make it yours for the day.
While Colorado lacks larger bodies of water, it excels in beautiful rivers & waterfalls. Often surrounded by sweeping meadows & alpine trees, they're truly something to experience. Generally the higher in elevation you get, the more beautiful sights you'll see.
This delicate ecosystem features some of the best views in all of Colorado. While precautions need to be taken to preserve it, Colorado has a large network of trails that allow us to access most tundras. You'll really feel like you're eloping in the clouds, and sometimes you truly will!

Experience The Local Culture
Hiking is probably one of the most popular elopement activities in Colorado. It's mostly free and gives you the opportunity to experience a new or familiar place together. Regardless of your skill level or desired difficulty, there's something for everyone!
What's better than toasting a great meal at the top of the mountain with your spouse? Many couples also love sharing an intimate dinner cooked by a private chef in their Airbnb. However you choose, it's the perfect way to experience a great meal on your own terms.
Imagine sunrise at the top of a mountain without the intense hike to get there. While I love hiking, it's not always the most efficient when you're chasing the light. 4X4's give you the best of both worlds: Incredible views & no crowds. Need more convincing?
Colorado is known for many things but its' rich brewing culture & mountain lore are at the top of the list. From brewery hopping to exploring mountain towns, there's no shortage of adventure. We can explore the city, hike a mountain, & eat at an incredible place all in the same day.
Finding Your Flights To Colorado

Getting To Colorado & The Best Places To Stay
If you're eloping east of Vail, Denver International Airport will likely be the best & most affordable option for you to fly into. DIA is the only major airport in the state & offers a wide range of airlines. If you're looking to elope in the Western side of the state (Telluride, Crested Butte, etc.) Grand Junction & Montrose might be worth taking a look at. They'll likely be more expensive than flying into DIA, you could save yourself about 5-6 hours of driving.
Need help finding the right flights & best times to travel to Colorado? That's right, I can help! While I can't book your flights for you, I'm always more than happy to give you some insight & direction. Wether it's flights or a place to stay near your location, I'm here to help!
Getting Around While In Colorado
Public transit around the Denver Metro area is actually really great! It's easy & safe to use & has a wide range of options to get you around. Renting a car is necessary for mountain locations, but you can definitely travel cities without one. If you do plan on renting a vehicle, I'd highly suggest renting a 4WD or AWD vehicle. Especially in the winter months due to snowfall. Overall, it's an incredibly easy state to get around between the public transportation & good infrastructure.

The Best Places To Stay For Your Colorado Elopement
With a booming tourism industry, Colorado also has no shortage of unique places to stay. Whether you want a mountain lodge or sleek downtown hotel, you'll be covered! AirBnb's type rentals are also in abundance in the mountain areas (due to the ski resorts). Often times they are very affordable during the off-season. They also provide you with a large enough "venue" to host an elopement or intimate wedding ceremony, which could save you some money & logistics planning on the back end!

Frequently Asked Questions
In short, I only take on 3 photography clients per calendar year & do not offer photography & films together on my own. However, I do film weddings alongside the incredibly talented elopement photographers Love, Lorraine. I absolutely love working alongside Lauren & Travis. Together, we offer special photo + video collections that are a vibe.
Yes! This is an option that can be added on to your elopement collection or purchased a-la-carte at a later date. Oftentimes, I'll have up to 1-2 hours of footage that won't make it into your film. These clips will have many organic moments & interactions that many couples love to have & relive. Audio & all, you'll be able to relive those moments as they truly were, whenever you want.
Do You Film Actual Weddings or Just Two Person Elopements?
Will We Meet You Before Our Elopement Or Wedding?
As of 2022 I only shoot Elopements & Intimate Weddings with 35 or fewer guests. I've found that events in this range produce my best work, & that I'm best set to serve clients within these confines. With that being said, there are no limitations to when or where your wedding or elopement is.
Yes! Right after you reach out we'll set up an intro call to get to know each other & see if your vision aligns with the services I offer. After booking, we'll meet a few more times (either in person or via zoom) to continue to get to know each other, go over details, timelines, etc. In short, the better I know you, the better I'll be able to tell your story.

How Do You Accept Payments & When Are They Due?
If you're interested in seeing more detailed pricing, reach out to me via the form above & I'd be more than happy to go over pricing details when we hop on a call. Since no two elopements are the same and coverage options differ, it's best to allow me to explain pricing then, as I can give you an exact quote for your exact needs. Although, films start at $4000 and photo at $6000.
As a retainer at booking, I require 30% of your total collection cost with a max payment of $2,000 while the remaining balance is due 30-days out. Couples are also more than welcome to split up payments monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly leading up to their date. Preferred payment method is Zelle, but I have a couple of options available.
