Tax & gratuity: 4.9% sales tax + 22% service charge on every service provided by Camp Hale Weddings, excluding the venue fee (sales tax applicable).

What Is The Venue Capacity?
The venue capacity at Camp Hale is 250 for both ceremony and reception.

Are There Any Amenities Included?
Camp Hale has many included amenities. For Ceremonies, Log benches, Four-post wooden arch and a Battery-operated PA sound system are included.
Receptions include: 40′ x 80′white-frame tent and walls, Wood-stamped concrete flooring, Assortment of round and rectangular banquet tables, Festival lights and full-ceiling white tent liner and Forced-air heat.

Can We Bring In Our Own Vendors?
Yes – Camp Hale does allow you to bring in vendors outside of their preferred vendor list. However, outside catering companies will incur a $1500 charge and will not have access to Camp Hale’s kitchens, lodge, service wear or wait staff.

How Long Is The Site Rental?
The site rental is 5-hours which commences when your ceremony starts and endings with guest departure. However, your vendors will have access starting at Noon.

Are We Required To Hire A Planner Or Coordinator?
Yes, you are required to hire either a full-service planner or day-of coordinator. This greatly helps you keep your day on track to avoid delays.

All alcohol must be purchased and served through Camp Hale Weddings. Notably, gratuity and tax will apply and glassware will be provided.

A wedding celebration at Camp Hale is easily one of the most sought after experiences in Colorado. Notably, it’s natural beauty creates a great setting to photograph and film in. The venue’s offerings are also unmatched as it comes with access to an outdoor ceremony site and a tent. While this might not seem very significant, afternoon storms are common and having a shelter in place to continue your event is key. It’s worth noting is that the venue rental is 5-hours. As a result, a separate location to get ready and shuttle your guests will be needed.
